How to delete your Nashik City Guide account

We're sorry to see you go. To delete your Nashik City Guide account, please follow the email request process below.

1 Request Account Deletion via Email

To delete your account, you must request deletion by sending an email to our support team:

  1. Send an email to explorenashikguide@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
  3. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your registered email address
    • Your username (if available)
    • A clear statement requesting account deletion
  4. Our support team will verify your request
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once your account deletion is processed

Deletion Process

Once you submit your account deletion request:

  • Our support team will verify your request to ensure account security
  • After verification, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted
  • Processing time: Your account will be deleted within 7 business days after verification
  • Note: Anonymous technical logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security and legal purposes, but these logs cannot be linked to your personal identity

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if any)
  • Profile information
  • App-related user activity data
  • Your saved preferences and settings
  • Your personal favorites and bookmarks
  • Your search history within the app
  • Any user-generated content associated with your account
  • Your location data and history

Note: Anonymous technical logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security and legal purposes, but these logs cannot be linked to your personal identity.

Important Considerations

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible once processed
  • You will lose access to all your saved data, favorites, and preferences
  • You will need to create a new account if you wish to use the app again in the future
  • If you have any active subscriptions or in-app purchases, please contact support before requesting account deletion
  • Make sure to include your registered email address and username in your deletion request for faster processing
