Refund rules for our travel services
1. Refund Eligibility
Nashik City Guide provides AI travel assistant, discovery, and guide services. Refunds are considered only under the conditions described below.
- Refund request window: Refund requests must be made within 3 days of payment.
- Before execution: No refund is available once service execution has started.
- Valid cases: Duplicate payment or billing error may be eligible for a refund, subject to verification.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Any service once execution has started (for example: listing published, promotion scheduled/activated, campaign created).
- Services already delivered or substantially performed.
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction not related to a verified billing/service issue.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email us at support@nashikcityguide.com within 3 days of payment with your transaction reference and details of the issue.
4. Processing Timeline
If approved, refunds are initiated within 5β7 business days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank/card/payment provider.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. We do not provide refunds in cash or to alternate accounts/wallets.
