Cancellation rules for our travel services
1. Cancellation Before Service Begins
Cancellation is allowed before service execution begins. If you wish to cancel, please email us with your transaction reference and service details as soon as possible. If cancellation is approved before execution starts, refund eligibility (if any) will be handled as per our Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation After Service Begins
No cancellation is allowed after service execution begins. Execution may include, but is not limited to: publishing a listing, creating a campaign, scheduling/activating promotions, content work initiation, or other agreed deliverables started by our team.
3. Company Cancellation Rights
Nashik City Guide reserves the right to cancel or suspend services if a user violates our Terms and Conditions, provides misleading information, or requests promotion/content that is unlawful or prohibited.
In such cases, refund decisions (if any) will depend on the stage of service and circumstances.
